Inspired by the surf, skate, and snowboard communities that taught us about creativity, individuality, and bringing people together, we serve authentic Mexican street food made from family recipes in a laid-back space where everyone belongs.
What started as a small food truck in the mountains of Grand County has grown into a community gathering place rooted in two things we love: authentic Mexican food and board sports culture.
At Shreddy’s Tacos, family recipes, handcrafted margaritas, surf trips, powder days, skate sessions, live events, and community all come together under one roof.
We’re proudly Latina-owned, fiercely independent, and dedicated to creating a place where everyone feels welcome after a day on the mountain, at the skatepark, or simply hanging with friends.

The food truck days
Where it all started — a teal trailer in the mountains.
Before Baseline Road, Shreddy’s was a turquoise food truck parked next to a brewery in Grand County — fryers on, fire pit lit, sugar-skull shirts on the crew.
